After Palestinians were forbidden from using their national flag in 1967. Since then the people have adopted the watermelon as a symbol to represent their national colours.
This symbolic watermelon pendant is made from recycled sterling silver on a sterling silver rope chain. Each pendant is hand cut, oxidised and hand finished by me, here in Dublin, Ireland. A fully Irish made product to support the people of Palestine, and raise funds to help them survive this revolting attack on their lives and their lands. The watermelon wedge measures approximately 1.5cm including bail and 1.2cm at the widest point.
€45 from each sale will be donated to relief for the genocide in Gaza. Donations will be split between UNRWA (The United Nations Relief and Works Agency who are dedicated to providing aid to Palestinians), and to Medical Aid for Palestine (MAP)
